Douglas D. Koktavy creditors rights practice exceeds 35 years. During this 3+ decades of
experience, Mr. Koktavy has truly seen virtually every type of creditor/debtor action. Starting in
1985, Mr. Koktavy was an associate with an Aurora firm which represented a large agricultural
lender and a variety of banks. After getting his feet wet, he started Douglas D. Koktavy, P.C.,
where he represents a number of auto finance creditors in state court collections and bankruptcy,
banks for replevins, collections, note suits and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Koktavy also represents
individuals and businesses who are owed money.
